阿泽（范少勋 饰）为了筹措妹妹欣爱的换心手术费，决心卖掉自住二十年的凶宅，却意外加入专门买卖凶宅的“义胜房屋”。办公室寒酸，头顶日光灯闪个不停，同事也各有怪癖：抽烟抖脚又沉迷手游的勇仁、消息灵通的殡葬业者馒头、神算毕婆婆，以及拥有灵异体质的孙女小墨。某晚，阿泽独自在凶宅整理时，听见小孩笑声，一把刀突从空中飞来，所幸小墨及时现身拯救。之后，这群风格迥异的房仲杂牌军，又迎来新加入的美女业务员李静，众人携手踏上凶宅买卖之路。每次进入凶宅，除了安抚亡灵，也不得不面对内心的创伤，每一场灵异事件背后，藏着难以言说的情绪与遗憾。
